Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click "Get Started" on our homepage, enter your organization's information, and follow the setup wizard. You'll have a fully functional account in less than 5 minutes.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card required to start.

How do I import my existing data?

Go to Settings > Data Import and upload a CSV file with your contacts, donations, or other data. Our system will guide you through mapping fields to ensure everything imports correctly.

Account & Billing

How do I change my subscription plan?

Navigate to Settings > Billing and click "Change Plan." You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades occur at your next billing cycle.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from Settings > Billing. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts. Your data will be available for export for 30 days after cancellation.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?

Our pricing is already designed specifically for nonprofits. We also offer additional discounts for annual subscriptions and custom pricing for large organizations. Contact our sales team for details.

Features & Tools

How do I create a fundraising campaign?

Go to Campaigns > Create New Campaign, choose your campaign type (email, social, event, etc.), and follow the setup wizard. You can customize messaging, set goals, and automate follow-ups.

Can I customize email templates?

Yes! All email templates are fully customizable. Use our drag-and-drop editor or write custom HTML. You can save templates for reuse and create variations for different supporter segments.

How do I track volunteer hours?

Navigate to Volunteers > Track Hours. Volunteers can log their own hours, or admins can enter them manually. Reports are automatically generated for grant applications and annual reviews.

Can I integrate with other tools?

Is my data secure?

Can I export my data?
